Coups jacks


Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Fruit Cocktail
  • 1 scoop of Ice Cream
  • Chocolate Sauce for Garnishing
  • Wafer Biscuit  
  • Whipped Cream
Method
  • In a glass put 2 tbsp fruit cocktail, a scoop of ice cream, top with melba sauce, drizzle chocolate sauce for garnishing, put wafer biscuit on each side, decorate with whipped cream.
