Yogurt mousse

Yogurt mousse


Ingredients
  • Tetra pack yogurt 400 gm
  • Strawberry 1 cup
  • Cream whipped 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 6 tbsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Gelatin 1 ½ tbsp dissolved in ¼ cup water
Method
  • Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, beat egg white stiff with 6 tbsp caster sugar, keep aside, blend together strawberries, cream and yogurt, fold in dissolved gelatin mixture, also fold in the egg whites, pour in a mould to set, decorate with whipped cream, serve chilled.
