Rava Kae laddo


Ingredient
  • Cardamoms powdered 1/4 tea spoon
  • Cashew nuts for garnishing
  • Raisins 10g
  • Rava 2 cups (500 grams)
  • Almonds 10g
  • Pistachios 10g
  • Desiccated coconut 10g 
  • Ghee 125 grams
  • Sugar 375 grams
Direction
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts, raisins, almonds pistachios and desiccated coconut until the color turns golden brown Remove the nuts and keep aside. Now fry the rava until it turns light golden in color. Mix the cardamoms and sugar in the fried rava. 
  • Put the mixture in a sill and Grind to a fine powder, add fried nuts and shape the mixture into ladoos.Garnish with chopped cashew nuts and serve.
