Chinese Chop Suey
Ingredients
- Chicken 250 grams
- Egg white (lightly whisked) 1
- Cabbage sliced 2 cups
- Carrot sliced ½
- Green Onion 2—3 sliced
- Capsicum sliced 1
- Vegetable oil 6—8 tbsp
- Egg noodles ½ packets boiled and fried
- Salt ½ tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
For chicken seasonings:
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Stock 1 cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Marinate chicken with egg white and salt, pepper, white pepper and soy sauce.Heat oil fry marinated chicken. Then add vegetables with ketchup, chili garlic sauce, salt, pepper, soy sauce, stock and corn flour.
