Tali Machli
Ingredients
- Fish fillet ½ kg
- Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
- Oil ¼ cup
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds crushed 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Gram flour 2 – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut ½ kg fish fillets into small pieces, marinate with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric and 2 tbsp lemon juice.Then add in salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tsp crushed coriander leaves, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp chili powder and 1 tsp dry mango powder. Mix very well.
- Now add 2 – 3 tbsp gram flour, 3 – 4 chopped green chilies and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. Mix well.Now shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.
