Gobhi Ki Sabzi
Gobhi Ki Sabzi
Ingredients
- Cabbage 1 small
- Cauliflower 1 small
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3 – 4
- Onion 1
- Salt to taste
- Oil ¼ cup
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Tomatoes boiled 3
- Water 1 cup
- Peas boiled ½ cup
Method
- Cut the cauliflower florets and julienne cut the cabbageHeat ¼ cup oil in a wok and fry 1tbsp ginger garlic paste for around 2 minutesNow add1 chopped onion until tender.Add 3 chopped tomatoes,1tsp all spice powder, 3-4 green chilies, ¼ bunch chopped coriander, 1tsp coriander powder1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp red chili powder, 1tsp turmeric and ½ cup boiled peasNow add the cauliflower florets and cabbage along with1 cup water. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutesIncrease the flame so the oil comes on top. The delicious gobi sabzi is ready to serve.
