Gobhi Ki Sabzi

Gobhi Ki Sabzi


Ingredients
  • Cabbage 1 small
  • Cauliflower 1 small
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3 – 4
  • Onion 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes boiled 3
  • Water 1 cup
  • Peas boiled ½ cup
Method
  • Cut the cauliflower florets and julienne cut the cabbageHeat ¼ cup oil in a wok and fry 1tbsp ginger garlic paste for around 2 minutesNow add1 chopped onion until tender.Add 3 chopped tomatoes,1tsp all spice powder, 3-4 green chilies, ¼ bunch chopped coriander, 1tsp coriander powder1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp red chili powder, 1tsp turmeric and ½ cup boiled peasNow add the cauliflower florets and cabbage along with1 cup water. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutesIncrease the flame so the oil comes on top. The delicious gobi sabzi is ready to serve.
