Special Satrangi Chicken

Special Satrangi Chicken


Ingredients
  • 1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken julienned
  • 1 large Capsicum julienned
  • 1 Tbsp or 6 No. Black Olives stoned & sliced thinly
  • 2 Tbsp or 12 No. Green Olives, stoned & sliced thinly
  • 200g Cottage Cheese, cubed
  • 4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Green Chilies Paste, heaped
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, heaped
  • 1 Tsp Salt, leveled
  • 1 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper, heaped
  • 4 Tbsp Yoghurt, whipped
  • 6 Tbsp Cream, whipped (150 ml or 3/4th of a packet)
Method
  • Heat Oil & Butter together, Sauté Ginger Garlic Paste, Add Chicken.Stir fry for 5 minutes till its color changes to white (cooked state), Season with salt, crushed black pepper, green chilies paste, Mix. Add Yoghurt with cashew nuts paste and Mix. Cover & cook for 15 minutes. Add Capsicum, Stir fry then Add Black & Green olives, Cottage Cheese Cubes and Cream Mix and Remove from flame, Dish out.
